Much of our error comes not from completely unbiblical ideas but from exalting the right thing in the wrong way. From giving one aspect of the faith so much preeminence that it obscures the other equally true ones. In the process, though we cling tight to our pet doctrines, we are left with a god far from the biblical one.
We must understand that God gave us 66 books and millions of perspectives to bring balance for our well meaning hearts. To remind the worker to love and the lover to work.
